The adixen ATH 300 by aVP "New hybrid turbomolecular pump"

The adixen ATH 300 by adixen Vacuum Products has introduced adixen, its new brand for all products, and at the same time launched the adixen ATH 300 hybrid turbomolecular pump, which delivers powerful motor torque for increased pumping speed. This pump is built for quick integration, making it suitable for a variety of robust industrial and analytical process applications. adixen ATH 300 features a 100mn inlet flange, and pump speed of 300 l/s for all vacuum applications at pressures between 10-10 and 0.1 mbar. The adixen ATH 300 can be used in CD/DVD and other sputtering processes, as well as for load-locks and pressure cycling. adixen Vacuum Products' ATH Series also features the adixen ATH 200 for low-pressure applications, and adixen ATH 31, a miniature hybrid turbo pump.
