General purpose dry vacuum pumps
ACP 120 Series & ACG600 Series
Industrial dry vacuum pumps
Successfully installed worldwide in the Semiconductor industry for over ten years, the adixen multi-roots technology is now available for other market segments.
ACP 120 series offer an attractive combination of pumping speed and ultimate pressure for many R&D and industrial applications still using oilsealed pumps.
Two versions available:
• Standard version
• G version
Key benefits:
ACP 120 pumps will provide many advantages:
• no oil or particulate contamination,
• environmentally friendly,
• low power consumption,
• low ultimate pressure,
• continuous inlet pressure up to 300 mbar,
• up to 10 m3 volume evacuation,
• resistant to harsh cycling.
Reliability
The ACP 120 frictionless design results in high reliability and low cost of ownership.
• Constant vacuum performance over the time
• Minimal downtime
• Up to 17 000 hours between preventive maintenance
Applications:
• Glass coating
• Other coaters
• General R&D applications
• Metallurgy
• Drying processes
• Cylinder evacuation
• Foreline pumping of roots blowers
• Freeze drying
ACP 120 standard version is designed for non-corrosive applications.
ACP 120 G version is suitable for pumping traces of corrosive gases or condensable vapours.
